1 Eggplant- washed, sliced, and quartered
1 quart of water
Place the eggplant and water in a jar
Refrigerate eggplant water for 5 days, making sure to remove the jar and shake it daily.
The mixture is ready to use after day 5.
Take 4 ounces of the mixture once per day until finished.
Discard the eggplant when the mixture is done.
