1 bulb of Garlic (3 bulbs, if diagnosed COVID-19)
1 medium Onion
Handful of Cilantro
Handful of Parsley
1 inch Ginger
Boil for 5 minute in 32 ounces of water then blend on high speed.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of powered turmeric
Add Pink Himalayan sea salt or Celtic sea salt to taste
Add the juice of 1-2 fresh lemons.
This will make 4 cups.
Drink 1-2 cups a day
