Cabbage and Brown Rice Demo

 

 

Step 1

 

Ingredients:

  1.  Onions
  2. Garlic
  3. Bell Peppers- Red/ Yellow/ Green/ Orange
  4. Ginger
  5. Green Cabbage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

 

  • Sweat the  onions and garlic in the pot

 

  • Layer in your peppers and cabbage to fill the pot to the top but leave enough room for the lid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3

 

  • Season to taste with Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper

 

  • Add a little water to the pot 

 

  • Allow to steam with the top on

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4

 

  • Stir occasionally until ready to eat!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brown Rice was cooked in my trusty Rice Cooker (you gotta get one)!
