Step 1
Ingredients:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Bell Peppers- Red/ Yellow/ Green/ Orange
- Ginger
- Green Cabbage
Step 2
- Sweat the onions and garlic in the pot
- Layer in your peppers and cabbage to fill the pot to the top but leave enough room for the lid.
Step 3
- Season to taste with Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper
- Add a little water to the pot
- Allow to steam with the top on
Step 4
- Stir occasionally until ready to eat!

Brown Rice was cooked in my trusty Rice Cooker (you gotta get one)!
